Hi there,

My name is Jess, and I'm an elementary teacher with a passion for education and innovation. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of teaching almost every grade from Pre-K through 5th, and I've cherished every moment with plenty of struggles along the way.

In addition to teaching, I have an entrepreneurial spirit. During a hiatus from the classroom to raise my young daughters, I started and helped run several family businesses. This experience ignited my love for processes and workflows, helping me understand how structured systems can simplify even the most complex tasks.

Now that I’m back in the classroom, I’m excited to merge these two passions: education and efficiency. I believe that AI technology holds immense potential to help us transform teaching, curriculum planning, grading, classroom management and administrative tasks. My goal is to explore how we can leverage AI to streamline our teaching through the use of workflows and processes to enhance our educational experience and achieve better work-life balance.

I like to say my time as an entrepreneur gave me a minor in Whiteboarding :)

Processes and Workflows are the backbone of productive problem solving. They also help to create stability through repetition and constant improvement. Something us teachers know a bit about!

You always need the right tool to get the job done. As teachers, we often fall into two camps. Either we can’t find what we need or we have so many tools available to us we get overwhelmed.

What if we can find the right tools to work in harmony with our processes + workflows with the help of AI Technology?

Innovation can be a double-edged sword. As educators we all love to learn and try something new. With that said, our time is limited. We need to know that the innovations we invest our precious time in are well worth it.
